Why am I Seeing a “Session Timeout” Message?

Reason for session timeout

The page token has expired due to various reasons like being idle for too long, or a server reboot.

What to do

You need to refresh the page to generate a new page token. Using the back button will not work because it will just load the same (expired) page token.
