Delay from upstream data providers
StocksCafe sends out the email as soon as we receive the End of Day data from data providers. If there is a delay on their end, it causes delays in us getting out the email to you as well.
Please be assured that we know how much StocksCafe users values the daily email so we do everything we can to get it out to you as soon as possible.
Spam folder
Please ensure that you have whitelisted stocks.cafe with your email provider (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc) so that it doesn’t accidentally end up in the spam folder.
If you are using Microsoft-owned emails (e.g. hotmail, MSN, Outlook, etc), and whitelisting does not work, please switch to a different provider (recommended: Gmail). You can add/change your email on this page.
Note: The reason is unclear, but Microsoft seems to classify StocksCafe as spam, while Google does not. As such, please use Gmail where possible.
Enabled email updates
In your email preferences under Market Updates, check that you have selected either Daily or Weekly for Email Frequency.
Basic users’ limitation
